EXCLUSIVE! Myers family: "We are disappointed with the verdict"

Before her death on 14 February 2013, Reeva Steenkamp stayed with her 'Joburg family' the Myers.

The family attended court every single day in support of their friend.

Today, as final judgement was reached that Oscar Pistorius had been found guilty of culpable homicide and not murder or premeditated murder, the Myers have spoken exclusively to The Juice on the verdict.

"Nothing will ever bring Reeva back. That's what's sad. The fact remains that she is gone. We will forever be heartbroken. Today we are disappointed to say the least. But as Ghandi says: "There is a higher court than the courts of justice and that is the court of conscience."

Oscar's bail was extended and court has been postponed to 13-16 October for sentencing.
