The Juice has learnt that Minnie Dlamini has bagged the gig of host at the prestigious Metro FM Awards.

Let's take a minute to let that settle in. Because not only is it a huge achievement, the ceremony is also on home turf.

A huge achievement why, some of you might be asking. Well, erm, it is the Metro Awards and considering who is on their station and didn't get chosen (awkward cough - you know who we mean) we'd say this is pretty big deal.

The only thing that would make this better is if Itu walked Minnie down the red carpet. Or went with her to the after party at least... *wink wink*
