EXCLUSIVE:Bernard Parker's teen 'girlfriend' denies being pregnant

Contrary to media reports, Zinhle Jiyane, denies being pregnant with Bernard Parker's child.

Last week it was revealed that the soccer star had allegedly made the 19-year-old student pregnant after they had been dating for a year or so.

Zinhle told The Juice in an exclusive interview that the claims made were not true at all.  "I can't deny the affair but I have to deny the pregnancy," she said.

The second-year forensic student explained that she met Bernard around August last year and they dated for a while. She insists that she had no idea that he was married. "I don't follow soccer and only found out that he was married from one of my friends," she said.

When questioned about how such a serious claim would be made in the first place, Zinhle explained that it started from one of her really close friends, who believed she was pregnant after she was ill for two weeks.

"I was feeling very nauseous for about two weeks and that's where it all started," she said.

Zinhle explained to The Juice that she hasn't taken a pregnancy test, but she knows she's not pregnant.  As for her relationship with the soccer star, she says they have communicated since reports surfaced but are no longer "romantically involved."

The teen hopes that this ordeal will blow-over soon as it's been really painful to deal with, especially for her mom.

"People at school have been calling me names and my mom has to answer to people at home about how I could 'fall pregnant' by a married man. It's been a really stressful time," she added.

Numerous attempts to reach Bernard Parker for comment were unsuccessful.
