Euphonik : "I don't want to be a celeb. I want to be a DJ"

Euphonik has opened up about the downside of fame, saying he never wanted to be a celeb, only a DJ.

Eu was taking part in a Twitter Q and A session on Friday morning when he was asked how he handles negative press. The DJ responded that he doesn't listen to the press, who have sometimes over the last few years been quite critical of the star.

"I don’t pay attention to it. 99% of the stories with tabloids are not true, " he told his fans.

He also revealed that all he ever wanted to do was DJ, despite his first job being a paper delivery boy. When asked what he would do if he wasn't a celeb he said "I’d still be DJing," he said, adding, "I don’t like the celebrity aspect of it though".

He says music and the emotions it draws out of people inspires him.

We know that Euphonik is notoriously media shy, but as long as he keeps dropping those hot tunes, we don't really mind!
