Fraudsters continue to target Shashi Naidoo

Scammers using Shashi Naidoo's name to lure young girls into sending nude snaps of themselves are still on the prowl.

The scam has been going on for more than a year now, but police are in the process of making an arrest. The issue resurfaced this weekend when a young girl tweeted Shashi to enquire if she was recruiting on BBM.

The model and owner of Alushi Models confirmed to The Juice that her management is aware of the scam and have reported it to the police. "A case has been opened with the police and they've assured us that they're close to making an arrest," Shashi explained.

Shashi revealed to The Juice that she knows who the man is and that he has been stalking her for a long time now. "It's sick and sad that he's targeting teenage girls to send nude snaps of themselves," she added.

The model urged fans to be careful and aware on social media. "I will never recruit models on social media and when I do recruit I'll meet a potential model personally," she explained.
