It seems like viewers may finally be warming up to Generations: The Legacy.
For months the show has been labelled a "flop", while the SABC asked fans to give it a chance and time.
Could viewers finally be enjoying the show?
This question stems from an Instagram post by Generations actress, Letoya Makhene. She posted a picture of the show's ratings from 2 March until 8 March.
And, believe it or not, the soapie's ratings have increased and actually led the pack for that week. Letoya didn't mentioned where the ratings are from, but it does show that the new Generations raked in 6 381 000 viewers, while Muvhango was placed second for the week with 5 305 000 viewers.
Even though e.tv's Ashes to Ashes has been dubbed to be strong competition for the soapie, it came in at 6th place, raking in 2 448 000 viewers.
"Boom! Let the ratings speak for themselves...#generationslegacy," Letoya captioned the post.
Definitely a u-turn for the soapie!
