Generations actors take employer to CCMA

And the drama continues...

The 16 fired Generations actors have gone to the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) to try and resolve their issues. They claim that they were unfairly dismissed and demand to be reinstated. The Generations Actors Guild (GAG) confirmed in a statement that legal action has been taken.

The statement said the actors engaged with their former employer and are have been clear about the fact that they are open to negotiations and discussions. "But [we] were resolute in our commitment to transforming unfair industry practices. That resolve remains unshaken, and, in light of our employer's stance, we have now filed the issue with the CCMA."

Uh oh...
