Generations boss jets off for an island holiday

While, the future of axed Generations actors hangs in the balance, Mfundi Vundla will reportedly be soaking up the  sun.

City Press is reporting that Mfundi jetted off to Mackinac Island on Lake Huron in northern Michigan, which is famous for its many jazz clubs.

Mfundi told the newspaper that the vacation was much needed and that it would give him time to de-stress and reconceptualise the "new Generations."

He also made it crystal clear that the new soapie definitely won't include any of the 16 actors, whose contracts were terminated.

"There is no way I can work with them again," Mfundi said. Adding that the relationship had completely broken down especially "after the drama and lies they told at the press conference."

It's also been revealed that the SABC will be setting up a meeting to discuss the future of the actors.
