We heard this week that Generations: The Legacy remains the top soapie in the land and now it seems like its creators are ready to take it to the next level by showing it to a global audience.
The SABC has launched Generations on Youtube where millions of fans can now view it, wherever they are in the world.
The show's episodes will be split in three parts and uploaded to Youtube immediately after it's been on our TV Boxes every night and will be available for a week.
Generations follows the example of shows Mutual Friends, Skeem Saam and Intersexions, in going online.
"We believe that, with some promotion behind it, the seven-day catch-up on TV content of the SABC can build a significant following," SABC spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago said.
We glad you on Youtube now, Generations, but watch out for it's nasty comments section. We hear it can be more vicious than even Twitter...
