Generations - where to from here?

That's the question err'body wants to know.

After yesterday's dramatic press conference where the 16 axed Generations' actors broke their silence for the first time, everybody is wondering if there is some solution in sight.

While Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mathethwa said that all parties have agreed to negotiate, there were some harsh words spoken. "There is no minor in this situation. I am a grown woman. Respect me," Sophie Ndaba told a crowded press conference in Newton.

A visibly upset Menzi Ngubane also took to the podium, going into detail about how just days after he was released from hospital after kidney failure, he was expected back at work.

The actors insist that no matter what the outcome, they will bring change and have promised to start a union representing talent. "This isn't just about us. This is about the industry as a whole."

But, just how will the SABC and production company MMSV take to the harsh words spoken?

That's the million dollar question!
