George Lebese not playing his best!

It's been reported that George Lebese seemed to be distracted on the soccer field this past weekend.

This follows the soccer star's arrest for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend and damaging her car.

George was released on R1000 bail and is set to appear in court on 9 March.

According to Kickoff.com Kaizer Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter will be keeping a watch over the soccer star. Stuart admitted to the publication that George wasn't playing his best at a recent match.

"I think George can play better than he did [on Saturday]. He didn't seem to have that spark and that's why I took him off because I thought maybe there was too much on his mind," Stuart explained.
