Has Lerato Kganyago called off engagement?

Lerato Kganyago will apparently not be walking down the aisle any time soon. The SABC 1 presenter and her fiancé Katlego Mashego are rumoured to have gone their separate ways.

Lerato's close friend, Koyo Bala, confirmed to DRUM that the engagement was called off two months ago. The reasons for the breakup include Katlego's wandering eye and his stalling to make her his bride, the magazine reports.

A friend of Lerato's once told a tabloid that the TV presenter found women's stuff in the home she and Katlego shared. Koyo said this was the last straw for her. "It wasn't the first time Katlego had cheated on her but this time she could confront him with evidence. He admitted and apologised."

There are also claims that the soccer player was taking forever to send his elders to Lerato's parents' house. Another friend said, "Even after he proposed, every time Lerato enquired about the elders going to her parents' home he showed no intention of doing so and would be irritated and say she must not rush things."

Lerato confirmed that she is single and also told DRUM that she and Katlego are good friends.
