Hollywood actress gives back at Freedom Park

Johannesburg - From the Cape Flats to Hollywood... and back!

Local Hollywood export Lesley-Ann Brandt was brought up in the Cape Flats, but she returned recently to give back to her community.

Lesley-Ann, who has featured in a number of international film and TV series' including Duke, Chuck, CSI: NY, Spartacus, Gotham and Lucifer, visited Cape Town's infamous informal settlement Freedom Park recently to feed the community and offer her support.

Lesley is currently working on a documentary about South Africa's 20 years of democracy, entitled Tea with Madiba.
