Hulisani Ravele celebrates 18 years in showbiz

Time sure does fly!

It seems like yesterday that Hulisani Ravele burst onto our television screens as  Cece on YoTV.

Well, she's definitely come a long way since then. Last night Hulisani celebrated 18 years since she first joined the entertainment world.

Hulisani hosted an intimate dinner at the Saxon Hotel with her close friends, family and colleagues from the industry. The TV personality also announced a really exciting upcoming project.

"Hulisani has made us as a family so proud. What we are even more proud of is that fact that at home, she remains a humble and respectful daughter," said Ntambi Ravele, Hulisani's aunt.

Hulisani was obvs emotional yet excited about reaching such an incredible milestone. She explained how grateful she is to be blessed with such a talent and to be an inspiration to young South Africans.

As the TV personality looks forward to another 18 years in the industry she has this to say: "I want to inspire people. I want someone to look at me and say 'because of you, I didn't give up."
