Hurrah! ProVerb is working on a new album

He may have just comeback from climbing the biggest damn mountain in Africa, but ProVerb is already hard at work on a new album!

We've been waiting for a new album from Proverb ever since the dust settled on his 2012 release, Fourthwrite. The album was a mega hit, winning a SA Music award for Best Rap Album and winning ProVerb the title of Male Artist of the Year.

There's every indication that his next release is gonna be even more awesome and that's why we were super excites when we saw ProVerb stick up a Facebook picture of himself in studio on Thursday evening , hard at work on his new album.

"Late studio session, preparing for my #5thStudioAlbum listening session with @Universalmus_SA" he wrote next to a picture of him looking smug while one of the guys in studio slogs away at a computer.

Judging by that smile the recordings going well, Proverb! We can't wait to hear the results!
