ICYMI: Itu's contract up in the air

It's believed that Itumeleng Khune's contract negotiations have been stalled by  "unreasonable demands."

Sources have revealed to Sunday World that a final agreement could not be reached because of certain demands from the soccer star's agency to Kaizer Chiefs.

In the past, Chiefs' manager Bobby Motaung has said that the club would not break the bank to keep the star. And, these latest claims seem to allude to that.

Apparently the ball has been thrown back in the agency's court as some of the demands were "quite insulting."

"Contract demands, which are unreasonable and quite insulting are holding up the process. Bobby does not want Chiefs' to be taken for a ride," the source said.

Yikes!
