It's quite funny to see how a trend can spread like wild fire on social media.
Throughout the year, we've seen our fair share of Instagram challenges take over our streams. And, it was admirable to see many of our celebs be great sports if the challenge was for a good cause.
One such challenge was the Ice Bucket Challenge- we saw dozens of celebs being dunked with a bucket full of ice to raise awareness for Motor Neuron Disease.
When Joost van der Westhuizen did his challenge, it was a moment that brought tears to our eyes. Joost was diagnosed with MND in 2012 but still added his voice to the campaign.
Another challenge was the Yaya Dance- this one didn't really have a cause attached to it but was fun nevertheless.
