Isidingo's Fikile: "Fans don't know what they want!"

Isidingo actress, Fikile Mthwalo, has had a hard time lately.

The actress has been getting loads of social media hate ever since her character on the show, Zak Khumalo, started having an affair with her boss Rajesh.

The Sunday Times reported over the weekend that fans of the show have been giving both Fikile and her co-star Jack Devnarain (who plays Rajesh on the soapie) a social media beating over the on-screen affair.

But Fikile has responded saying the affair is exactly what fans were asking her for in the first place.

"At the beginning everyone was pushing the relationship and sending messages that we should kiss already. And when it happened, there was an almost 180 degree turn. There were messages of 'how could you, guys? This is so awful'. And it was the same people who were pushing the relationship at the beginning, " she says.

She says that the hate has got "a little worrying" as she reads comments suggesting that someone should shoot or slap the duo. "What's stopping someone from reading the tweet and seeing me in the mall one day and slapping me?" she asks.

Well, Fikile, if you need a personal bodyguard we know this guy: Rajesh....
