Jimmy Nevis starts his own charity foundation

Johannesburg - Jimmy Nevis has just had an epic musical comeback. But that's not all he has been working on.

The muso has started a foundation - The Blue Collar Foundation - where he hopes to inspire and promote change amongst the youth in Cape Town.

The first project is the J.Nevis Bursary, which will help fund an underprivileged student wanting to study at a Western Cape education facility.

"Blue Collar was the first song I recorded for The Masses album. The lyrics were inspired by a quote that my mom would always say to me through the hardest of times. 'I don't know when, I don't know how, but we have to believe.'"

We love it when we see our celebs doing good!

More info will be available later this year, so keep your eyes peeled!
