Joost inducted into Sports Hall of Fame

Johannesburg - It was an emotional Saturday night at Sun City after former Springbok, Joost van der Westhuizen was inducted into the South African Sports Hall of Fame.

Joost, who was previously inducted into the International Rugby Hall of Fame back in 2007, looked frail but happy.

Celebs including his estranged wife Amor Vittone, Karlien van Jaarsveld and Derick Hougaard were all there for the ceremony.

The inspirational sportsman, who has MND (Motor Neurone Disease) was in a wheelchair at the event. Joost has previously spoken out about not giving up and living life to its fullest after being diagnosed with the crippling disease.
