Judge Thokozile Masipa has struck Oscar Pistorius' application for leave to appeal the state's leave to appeal.
The NPA filed an appeal to have Oscar's sentence reviewed.
Oscar was found guilty of Culpable Homicide and was sentenced to five years in prison.
"I am not satisfied this is the correct court to hear this application. For one thing there is nothing new, I therefore rule that the application should be struck off the roll," Judge Masipa told the court.
Masipa says that this specific appeal should be done at the Supreme Court of Appeals. Should she grant this, she's reviewing her own ruling.
