We can't actuals believe it.
She's been on the top of the leader board for week after week and the judges have often commented, saying she's the best dancer on the show.
So why, oh why, did she get voted off?
Khanyi Mbau had to face off against another great dancer, John Mametsa and it was John who the judges decided to save.
We are devastated.
We can't help but agree with judge, Michael Wentink, who has made the point that viewers aren't basing votes on dance ability, but rather popularity.
MICHAEL WENTIK HAS A POINT...
We are Ashish Gangapersad fans. He's funny, charismatic, charming... but not a dancer.Yet week after week, the fans are keeping him in.
Judge Michael Wentik has made the point that his dancing skills aren't on par with the competition. Ashish hit back saying he knows, but he has to train double as hard to be half as good. And that's when fellow dancers had a go. During pre-show interviews, Jonathan Boynton-Lee, Khanyi Mbau and even LeAnne Dlamini made a point to mention that they're training just as hard. Awks.
Yet, despite his lack of skill on the floor, his charm is clearly raking on the votes.
Is it a travesty that Khanyi Mbau gets voted off because she's not getting the public vote even though she a much better dancer, or is it simply the name of the game?
Our opinion? It's a dance competition. Vote on the dancing!
