K.O publicly reveals his HIV status - Again!

Johannesburg- It's been just over a year since rapper K.O was rocked by HIV positive rumours. 

At the time, the CaraCara star publicly posted his HIV negative status to squash rumours that were spiralling out of control. 

Now Mr Cashtime has once again made his status public knowledge by posting it on Instagram. Guess, K.O wants to make sure those nasty rumours don't surface ever again. 

The rapper also encouraged followers to know their status.
