Khuli Chana: "I'm relieved that this ordeal is over"

It's just emerged that the police officers accused of shooting at the rapper will publicly apologise to him.

Khuli's management has issued an official statement, which states that he has accepted this. The case against the two officers were withdrawn earlier today.

The trumped up charge against the rapper has also been withdrawn by the state prosecutor, which led to the out of court settlement.

His publicist Shelia Afari said, "Khuli Chana is relieved that this tumultuous ordeal is over. It’s been an 11 month journey of unwarranted scrutiny of him."

The statement also added that Khuli likes to live a purpose filled life and is happy that he can now go about doing exactly that without having to be in and out of court.

"No amount of money would ever be enough to replace or compensate the ordeal that Khuli Chana has gone through and he is thankful to have the case end after almost a year," it stated.
