Koze Kuse singer's dad loses the fight against Cancer

Johannesburg- Koze Kuse singer Mondli Ngcobo is mourning the death of his dad. 

Mondli's dad, Alfred Ngcobo died at Parklands Hospital in Durban on Monday, after a long battle with lung Cancer.

Speaking to Daily Sun, an emotional Mondli explained that his father had been in and out of hospital over the past few months

"He had lung Cancer and was put on treatment the first time he went to hospital. The doctor decided to change the dose but I think it didn't agree with him. He lost a lot of strength - and his battle with Cancer," an emotional Mondli told the paper. 

The singer added that he was on his way to Durban to be with his family and has cancelled all gigs for this week out of respect for his father's memory.
