Llyod Cele and his wife open up about their pain

It's been less than two months since Llyod Cele's wife, Janice lost their unborn baby at 35 weeks pregnant.

The Rn'B singer and his wife opened up to Drum magazine about the pain they felt when doctors told them their baby didn't have a heart beat.

The couple recalled how they were so excited about having a baby, and how everything was ready for Torah Afrika's due date. The nursery was ready, cute clothes and nappies were bought and their entire family anxiously waited for Torah's arrival.

And, then one day Janice woke up and she knew something was wrong. "I woke up feeling uneasy because I hadn't felt the baby move for a while," she told the mag.

Llyod and Janice said that they didn't want to believe what the doctor was telling them and couldn't understand how something like that could happen, because just a few days before all was well with their little girl.

"Our baby's loss was due to a true knot in the umbilical cord. This is caused by the baby moving in the same direction all the time," Llyod told the mag.

Janice had to face any woman's worst nightmare when she had to give birth to her still born baby the next day.

"It's not natural to go through something like this. You hear about it but never imagine that it could happen to you," Janice explained.

Janice was unable to attend her baby's funeral as she was still recovering in hospital and didn't want the last memory of her baby to be the funeral.

Llyod and Janice say they'll never forget Torah and she'll forever be their third child.
