Johannesburg- All roads lead to Durban in July for the MTV Music Africa Awards 2015.
The annual music awards has become a highly-anticipated feature on the annual entertainment calendar.
Organisers have revealed that they're pulling out all the stops to showcase Africa's talent to the rest of the world.
Last year's event saw the likes of Khloe Kardashian, Trey Songz, Miguel, French Montana and Marlon Wayans at the event.
Head of Viacom International, Alex Okosi revealed at a recent press conference that the awards is not about the international artists who perform at the show, but is more importantly about celebrating Africa's artists and talent.
"We are thrilled that the MTV Africa Music Awards will be returning to Durban and KwaZulu-Natal on 18 July, a date famous for being Nelson Mandela's birthday - what better day could there be for staging this inspirational celebration of African achievement and creativity that showcase's Africa's best talent on the world stage," he added.
The list of nominees for this year's awards are set to be unveiled on 18 June along with the host and line-up of performers.
