Mafikizolo are NOT breaking up

Johannesburg- Singer Theo Kgosinkwe has set the record straight over pesky rumours that Mafikizolo was apparently on the brink of breaking up.

These rumours started doing the rounds shortly after Nhlanhla Nciza launched her own fashion range, and Theo revealed that he was starting his own music label.

But relax guys, everything is good between the Afro-pop group.

"I am not leaving and we are not breaking up as a group. I have always had a dream to be a producer and wanted to groom and teach young artists. I do feel that it is time for me to start a new journey as a producer and businessman," Theo told Move! magazine.

The musician added that he's always dreamed of empowering young artists.

And, by the looks of things that dream is coming true.

Theo has already signed his first artist, who is a female singer named Melo to his label, 350 Degrees Entertainment.

Glad that's cleared up!
