Mi Casa: Work hard, workout harder

Mi Casa are back with a bang!

J and the boys spent Thursday at Potch Rag where they got the crowd moving to their infectious beats

But while rest of us would hardly be able to lift our heads after a late night gig, Mi Casa took to the gym to do some unorthodox weight training the next day.
