Mkhulu Tiki Nxumalo: "Being famous scares me"

Our favourite mkhulu has admitted that fame scares him.

It's no secret that Tiki Nxumalo has become one of the favourite faces on Generations.  Even though he's obvs flattered by all the attention, Tiki told Drum magazine that sometimes he's scared especially when people grab him for pictures.

"Sometimes there'll be no food in the house because I'm too scared to go to the shops," he told the magazine.

Tiki explained that fans forget he's an "old mkhulu."

"I prefer to stay at home and watch soccer or listen to Otis Redding and Percy Sledge," he added.

Tiki added he was happy that Generations added a character like Ruby's father, who he plays, as it teaches people how to treat their elders.

Sweet man!
