Muvhango's Bontle nearly gave fans a heart attack

The Muvhango actress gave fans a heart attack this week when she took to social media to write a disturbing message about how she was in need of help and starting to hate herself "more and more each day."

The post, which has since been deleted, read: "God, I'm trying. Please help me. I'm starting to hate me a little more and more each day. I don't know me. It's like I can't get out of my own way... If I knew better, I would do better," she wrote. 

The post raised a red flag with her fans, who almost immediately started flooding her post with messages of support and prayer.

But one thing the well wishes didn't realise was that the post was just the lyrics to Chris Brown's Do Better song. AWKS!

We think it might be time to send Bontle one of those "you're posting a lot of song lyrics and we're worried about you" cards.
