Nandi Mngoma's Legit summer collection was unveiled at a glam launch party last night. And, it was jaw-dropping!
The NandiXLegit range is sexy, versatile, spunky and sophisticated. It includes handbags, shoes, jewelry and for the first time ever swimwear.
Nandi's African heritage can be felt throughout the range and adds a sense of authenticity to it.
A very emotional Nandi explained how the range is a reflection of herself. "My parents named me after a Zulu queen and throughout my life I never felt like one but tonight I truly feel like a queen," she explained.
She was overwhelmed with excitement and couldn't believe that all her dreams were finally becoming a reality. Nandi's also got a new single out and has collaborated with Legit, to produce a music video that ties in with the range.
The music video was directed by renowned fashion designer David Tlale.
Nandi's range will be available in stores from 10 November.
