2016: The year of Trevor Noah

Johannesburg - When it was announced that local comedian Trevor Noah would be the successor to The Daily Show’s John Stewart, South Africans cheered their local favourite on as he embarked on his new journey towards the lights of fame and fortune.

Not only has the year brought with it an incredible new job, but Noah also released a best-selling book Born A Crime, in which he speaks candidly about his childhood and all the ups and downs that came with it.
