5 local guys show off their epic abs

Cape Town - Winter is beginning to cool things down across SA but we want to warm things up with a list of the yummiest abs in Mzansi.

We included actors, a sportsman and a presenter or two that we love to see shirtless.

Here are 5 fantastic abs we would like to eat off of:

1. Siv Ngesi

The actor and TV personality is almost always in the middle of a social media storm but what we love most about his posts on Instagram is how little he wears (kidding).

Here’s a sexy post of him doing his thing:

Boxing is my religion ....

2. Faf du Plessis

He can hit a 6 further than most and while that is great for the national cricket team the (main) reason we keep refreshing his social media pages is that incredibly hot 6 pack he keeps hidden underneath the green and gold uniform.

Have a look at him in swimming trunks:

3. Janez Vermeiren

He’s an active dad and famous television host on a range of different shows on the SABC so it’s no surprise that Janez keeps his healthy figure fit for the cameras.

Here he is casually showcasing those muscles:

4. Aaron Moloisi

We've already told you how hot his gym body is but those abs are so good they deserve a second look.

So here’s actor and presenter Aaron Moloisi, working that awesome torso in a field somewhere on his Instagram:

5. Chris Jaftha

He’s hardworking body can be seen most recently on TV's Top Billing however the best place to catch a peek at some yummy abs is actor and presenter Chris Jaftha’s Instagram.

Here he is showing us a 6 pack of note:
