It hasn’t even been since they got engaged, yet Offset and
Cardi B have already been through a lot.
Following rumours that her fiancé, Migos artist Offset, was cheating on her after a sex tape was released on Twitter, Cardi B has finally spoken out.
The Bondak Yellow hit-maker took to Twitter – in since deleted tweets – to offer fans an update on what she’s going through, according to E News!.
The 25-year-old asked the internet to respect her privacy, tweeting:
“I am going to make a decision in my own time with my heart and mind.”
She followed up with another tweet: “I don’t need to be rushed or be told what to do. It’s my life! I belong to me not to the world.”
According to Perez Hilton.com, the cheating drama started in December when the Migos star’s phone was hacked. Hackers then released NSFW footage of Offset with another woman.
E! Online also reports that she supposedly defended her decision to stay with the Migos star, writing in a comment to a fan that “everyone” deals with infidelity.
Cardi B also allegedly responded to a fan on Instagram, saying, “Well if people are talking about it and keep asking me how I feel about the situation why not let them know? Right or wrong? No it's not right for a n---a to cheat... But what you want me to do? Go f**k me another n***a? start all over again and get cheated on again? This s**t happens to everyone and I be too You too... People handle they relationship different soo.”
Cardi B and Offset would join the likes of Beyoncé and Jay-Z, basketball star Kobe Bryant and wife Vanessa Bryant, as well as Kevin Hart and Eniko Parrish who also battled infidelity in their relationships but made it through.
