Johannesburg – Pop Bottles is going to Mauritius!
The major event will be taking over the beautiful island from 15 to18 December.
Speaking to The Juice, Pop Bottles organiser, DJ Dimplez, says this trip has been years in the making.
“This has been a project in the making for like the past three to four years. We’ve gone from country to country, so we’ve been to like Kenya, Botswana, and Angola. Mauritius just seemed to make more sense than any other place in terms of the resort that we got. We got a five star resort that’s out of this world. That suits this brand perfectly.”
What to expect
“We’re all gonna be leaving from Joburg together. Get on a flight, get to Mauritius, get transported to the hotel, and at the hotel there’s so many things to do. It’s a massive resort, the beach is massive, they’ve got the biggest pool in Mauritius, there’s a spar, there’s a gym, we’ve got an ice-cream bar, there’s just too many things to do on the island. I think people should just look forward to a weekend of entertainment,” Dimplez explains.
How much?
Tickets for the getaway go on sale from 26 April, and according to the DJ prices will be made available soon. “Ticket prices aren’t available yet but those will be released in the next couple of weeks.”
