Cape Town - TV personality Amor Vittone is recovering in hospital following two successful operations.
The Skoonma se Tong host was hospitalised after a freak accident at her son's birthday party on Monday.
Amor was jumping on the trampoline and on her third jump broke her left ankle and tore a ligament.
Paramedics rushed the popular singer to the hospital where she immediately underwent surgery.
Amor underwent a second operation to repair the tendons and ligaments of her foot on Wednesday. According to a Facebook post she was "experiencing a lot of pain."
Despite the doctor's being "sceptical" about the operation, it was a success.
Amor is currently recovering in a Johannesburg hospital.
