The media personality to social media to warn people about the effects of going home saying, "Do not go home to see family over the holidays if it damages your mental health."
Just like any such advise, it was met with mixed reactions.
However, in response to someone who said they wouldn't know what do to with themselves if they didn't. Anele explained that one should not subject themselves to unhappiness unless they want something to complain about.
