AS IT HAPPENED: Mandla Hlatshwayo laid to rest

Cape Town - Friends and family bid farewell to former Generations actor Mandla Hlatshwayo at Protea Hall, Soweto on Saturday. 

The 40-year-old was fatally shot at Meli Lounge in Pimville, Soweto whilst allegedly trying to assist two women who were being robbed on Sunday night. 

Tributes continue to pour in following Mandla's tragic death.
