IF you have been wondering why you no longer see Tshidi on Generations - The Legacy wearing her sexy numbers, it is because there's a bun in the oven. The actress, whose real name is Letoya Makhene, is expecting a baby with her boyfriend, Tshepo Leeuw, whom she met last year. This will be baby number four for the actress, who is also a sangoma. Move! can reveal that Letoya is heavily pregnant and could be delivering her baby soon.
BABY BUMP CONCEALED
An insider at the production house claims that Letoya’s character, Tshidi, no longer wore revealing clothes on the soapie in order to conceal her baby bump. “She is always dressed like ugogo because of the pregnancy,” says our insider. Another source claims that Letoya is on cloud nine about her pregnancy and is telling everybody that Tshepo will be a great father to their child. He is also said to be a good father to her three children. Before she met Tshepo, Letoya was married to Priviledge Mangezi, whom she accused of being abusive. When Move! congratulated Letoya on her pregnancy, she acted cagey. “Which publication is this? I'm not sure if I should confirm or deny anything. I haven't confirmed what you are talking about to anyone, so I won't be able to talk about it now,” she says.
STILL PART OF MABALA NOISE
It was recently reported that Letoya, who is also a musician, had left the record label, Mabala Noise. However, Mabala Noise label manager, Sikhulile Nzuza, says Letoya is still very much part of the record label. “She is still part of us and is not going anywhere soon,” says Sikhulile.
