Cape Town - New urban musical sensation, Big Star, dropped his third single off his upcoming Tellascope mixtape/EP titled Flavors featuring Reason and Zoocci Coke Dope.
Flavors follows the release of Big Star's Understand and My Year, which went to number one on 5FM's Top 30 Hits Chart.

Big Star didn't want to limit himself with his latest offering, hence the American spelling of Flavors as he believes the track has massive international appeal.
Flavors is a song about different girls, different vibes, the different scenarios we find ourselves in and the fact we never run out of "flavours". "We never run out of good times or groupie love, this one is for the streets and the bad bads," expresses Big Star.
On collaborating with Reason and Zoocci Coke Dope, Big Star shares: "Reason and I have always had honest conversations and good vibes so the collaboration coming together happened organically. I hit him up once I was done with the joint and he wrote his verse in my absence. When I heard the verse and heard the lyrics I flipped, he laced and the rest was history. Zoocci and myself put in a lot of work on my Mixtape/EP 'TELLASCOPE' and he came with the hook and beat for the joint so he was a part of the song from the genesis."
Since winning Vuzu Hustle season one competition, Big Star has captured the hearts of many South Africans both young and old over the past year. With his impressive lyrical skill, effortless flow and catchy choruses which cannot be ignored; Big Star is definitely a rising musical sensation to look out for again this year.
