Johannesburg – We all remember that moment when Cassper Nyovest #FilledUpTheDome last year. Ever since then, the rapper has had his sights set on a bigger goal.
Speaking to Slikour, Cassper opened up about his next target – filling up Orlando Stadium – saying that it was a lot more complicated than it seems.
“Right now I’m doing Orlando Stadium, you will not believe that I’m struggling to get sponsorships still. And I’m like ‘yo, I did this with my own money last year’.”
The rapper revealed that he used R3.2 million from his own account to fund #fillUpTheDome. “I lost like 3.2 million rand of my own money doing this, to show brands, like, this is what we can do. This year it should have been like, oh we saw your vision.”
In order for Cassper to reach his gargantuan task of filling up Orlando Stadium, he needs a whopping R25 million!
“I’m looking for R25 million cause I’m trying to do this crazy thing,” he said appealing to sponsors.
“If you’re watching this and you know an investor or you are an investor I need 25. You can come with 5 it’s fine, it will help us.”
So what do you say? Got an extra R25 million to spare?
