Celebs pay tribute to moms

Cape Town - Grab your tissues and call your mother if you haven’t yet!

Whether it’s honouring their mothers, paying tribute to moms who’ve passed away or thanking their wives, celebs took to social media to celebrate Mother’s Day.

Celebs like Boity, Lira, Pearl Thusi, Trevor Naoh and Amanda du Pont celebrated their mommies on Instagram this year.

Here are some our favourite Mother’s Day messages:

Seriously, how gorgeous is Lira’s mommy?

After a hectic two hour gym session, Nonhle Thema spent the day with her mother and daughter, Star Phoenix Ivy.

Pearl Thusi paid tribute to her mother who had passed away, with a beautiful throwback picture and touching message.

Now we know where Trevor got those dimples from!

LeAnne Dlamini spoke about how blessed she feels being a mother.
