Cindy Nell chases down criminal to retrieve her stolen laptop

Cape Town – Former Miss South Africa Cindy Nell managed to get her laptop back after she witnessed a man stealing it from her parked car.

Taking to Facebook on Thursday, the TV personality explained that while she was getting her nails done in Sea Point with her car parked across the road, she first saw a "big African lady" looking discreetly into her car. Then 10 minutes later she saw a "well dressed African man" approach her car with a remote. He opened her passenger door, took her laptop and casually walked off.

With curlers in her hair and half a pedicure, Cindy chased the man down and grabbed her laptop bag.

While the man managed to escape, Cindy thanked two other men who helped her as well as Sea Point security.
