Fame at last! The Juice makes its SA movie debut!

Cape Town - The Juice, Channel24's local entertainment news section, attended the press screening for the local movie She is King on Monday and noticed a sneaky cameo!  

The movie follows talented singer, dancer and actor Khanyisile, who desperately wants to become a star. She travels from her home in Nongoma in Zululand, KwaZulu-Natal, to audition for a new musical to be staged at the Joburg Theatre based on the life of Zulu Queen Mkabayi ka Jama.

After a couple of detours, she lands a role in the chorus and catches the eye of the best-looking dancer in the show, charming soap star Luyanda. 

In one of the more dramatic scenes Khanyisile finds herself in trouble, when her actions land her on the celebrity gossip pages. And we see Khanyisile make headlines on none other than The Juice!

She is King opens in theatres on Friday, 1 December.
