Gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane dies of kidney failure

Cape Town - Popular gospel singer Sfiso Ncwane has died at the age of 37 of kidney failure. 

The Juice confirmed the sad news of the singer's passing with the family's spokesperson Sipho Makhabane. Sipho elaborated by saying: "Yes, I can confirmed that he passed this morning at about 09:00 at the hospital, they're still investigating, but it looks like kidney failure."

Sfiso's sister, Gugu, told Drum magazine that she could not go into further details as the family was still coming to terms with his passing. 

A woman, who according to her Facebook page works at the KZN Department of Health, broke the news on Twitter.

According to her tweets, the news was confirmed by his cousin. She goes on the say, "He just collapsed."
