DStv has announced that jazz veteran Hugh Masekela will no longer be performing at this year’s DStv Delicious International Food & Music Festival to be held at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit on 7 and 8 October.
Massive management’s Lloyd Cornwall says the festival organizers are disappointed that Hugh Masekela will not be able to be part of this year's line-up, which includes other several high-profile international such as Common, Femi Kuti, Alexnder O'Neal, Omar, Soul II Soul, Imagination featuring Lee John and local artists.
“We understand that Hugh’s health takes priority and we wish him a speedy recovery in the weeks ahead.”
Cornwall urged music lovers to still attend and enjoy the show. “We urge the public not to miss out on this awesome two-day event. Tickets are available at www.deliciousfestival.com and there will also be loads of delicious food on offer as well as excellent entertainment for the younger members of the family.”
