iFani and Francois van Coke fuse on Coke Studio

Johannesburg – Episode five of Coke Studio is set to take over your screens on Saturday, bringing another jam-packed hour of nothing but the hottest music collaborations.

East meets West this week as the Eastern Cape’s iFani gets together with Western Cape’s Francois van Coke to create a tantalising track which blends hip-hop and rock. With the help of young producer Dolf, they find a way to infuse their different styles, creating Timeline – a heavy rock number that is sure to take the music scene to another level.

Magic is created in the second part of the show as two rising stars, Morena the Squire and Lindiwe Bungane, spend two days in studio crafting the perfect love song. However, putting together a track doesn’t come without challenges, so when producer Cueber presents them with uninspiring beats they have to go back to the drawing board. In no time, their creative juices are flowing once again and the end result is the unforgettable house track, Turning Me On.

Tune into Coke Studio this Saturday at 18:05, only on e.tv.
