Judith Sephuma postpones UK tour dates after her mother passes

Cape Town – Judith Sephuma has been a vital part of the local and international music scene for years and years with tours spanning the globe and multiple awards to her name.

She was recently scheduled to perform in the UK on tour but had to postpone her shows after the passing of her mother.

A fact she revealed via an official statement posted on her Instagram, thanking everyone involved in her Sama award winning album and apologising for having to cancel her dates.

Here’s the complete message:

"This is an official statement from Lalomba Music and Judith Sephuma.
The Judith Sephuma live in the UK concert has been postponed. New dates will be posted for September month as soon as they are confirmed. We would like to take this time to thank everyone who has already bought tickets and we will definitely see you in the new dates.
I am also very excited about One Word winning a SAMA Award for best Adult contemporary album. Congratulation to Lalomba Team who always work tirelessly hard to make sure that the SAMA22 Award winning album One Word gets to the people.
For all your love and support in this time where me and my family are mourning the passing on of ses Miemie, my mom, I thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your prayers and words of encouragement.
More than anything I thank and give glory to my God for His grace that has been keeping me and my family strong.
Blessings! (sic)"
