Lasizwe tells us about his spicy new show on Touch HD

Johannesburg – TV and internet personality Lasizwe Dambuza is now a radio presenter too. 

The multi-talented star, who is quickly becoming a household name, will now host a show on internet radio station Touch HD. 

Sharing the news on Instagram on Wednesday, an excited Lasizwe wrote: “My first radio show. I’m ready!!!” 

The star even got help from his fans with the hashtag for the slot - #TouchTheLeyvels. 

Speaking to The Juice, Lasizwe says what started off as him being interviewed by one of the presenters on the station, turned into him showing that he’s got what it takes to be on radio. “I was on Touch HD being interviewed, and then basically I flipped the script on the presenter and I became the presenter.” 

Two weeks later he got a call with an offer of his own slot. 

“It’s about the youth lifestyle, what the youth goes through,” he explains, saying that the show is relatable but also, “spicy, spicy, spicy.” 

Lasizwe hits the airwaves Wednesdays to Fridays between 14:00 and 15:00 on Touch HD.
